He’s one-third of Il Volo, alongside Ignazio Boschetto (another tenor) and Gianluca Ginoble (baritone). The group formed in 2009 after meeting on the Italian talent show Ti lascio una canzone and shot to fame after winning the Sanremo Music Festival in 2015 with “Grande amore,” later placing third at Eurovision that year.
